How does tickets get assigned in Geedesk?



Ticket assigning in Geedesk:

i) Once the ticket is created the Geedesk takes care of assigning the tickets to the the available technician.

For automatic assigning of ticket the below steps to followed

  1. The user should be added into any one or multiple category.

  2. The user should mark the attendance ( On duty )

ii) In some cases if the particular user marked his attendance ( off duty ) and you have the access to take the ownership of the ticket manually by clicking on take button once the ticket gets created.
